Disk Management

SpeedTest

The SpeedTest checks the reading speeds of the connected disks. Disk speeds can either be checked individually for single disks, or multiple disks can be read either individually or the total system throughput can be measured.

DiskView

DiskEdit

A low-level Hexeditor to view and edit a disk on a sector level.

DiskInfo

DiskTest

The DiskTest checks the surfaces of disks, SSDs, flash drives and USB sticks for bad sectors. Bad sectors can sometimes corrupt saved data and affect the performance of your system.

DiskTrim

With SSDs and other disks with flash storage, it is possible to mark non-occupied storage areas. Those disks that support of this function can thereby optimize flash storage internally, which in most cases results in a significantly higher writing speed. With DiskTrim, complete disks or selected partitions can be deallocated as a whole.
