Selecting a Disk

Recognized disks are displayed in a list (fig.). The list will update automatically if disks or other mass storage media are connected or disconnected.

Each disk has a correlating number (left) which is unique and is assigned only once within a program function.

Click on the desired list entry to select a disk. Some program functions allow the selection of multiple entries. Click on an already selected entry to deselect it. The info-box located next to the selection list will show further information regarding the selected disk.

Hint: Check the  Show partitions  box to display the partitions and associated Windows drive letters for each disk in the list. Select single or multiple partitions to display their information in the information box below the disk info.

Select the desired disk(s) and click  Next  to proceed.
