Creating Boot Media

Here we address potential issues you may encounter when creating a boot media for the program's self-booting variants.

USB Stick not Working

Should the creating or booting of a bootable USB stick fail, the lack of a partition table on the stick may be the cause. In this case, use the Format disk option in the Boot Setup menu and create a bootable USB media once more. Any previous files contained on the USB stick will be lost in the formatting process.

CD/DVD Burner not Selectable

If no drive is displayed for the CD/DVD burner even though a burner is present, the installed burn software may be the cause. It may exclusively reserve the burner, so that it cannot be accessed by the Boot Setup. Should this be the case, deactivate or uninstall the burner software, or create a bootable CD/DVD with your burn software and the ISO Image for the program.
