Resize all or only single partitions on the target. Partitions can be resized automatically or manually.
Open PartitionResize with the icon to the left of the target partition layout bar in the respective app or by clicking on the option link. The partitions are listed in this component with their name, partition type, size and graphical scale of the partition sizes in relation to one another (fig.1).

The icon shows that a partition can be resized. A
icon shows that a partition is fixed. You can manually lock a partition by clicking on
. This way the original size of this partition is kept while the other partitions can be adjusted.

The dropdown arrow next to the indicated size opens a context menu that contains the following settings:

You may also use the graphical bar itself to resize the partition. Click and drag the corresponding area on the bar. The dark shaded area on the bar represents the minimally achievable size for the data withinthe partition. The lighter shaded area represents the original size, which can be dragged to be manually adjusted. The white area represents the free, or unoccupied, space on the partition.

To apply resizing options to all included partitions and to manage unoccupied areas on the target, select the option link Automatic size adjustment at the bottom of the component.
Defragment the selected partition by checking its box under . To defragment all included partitions during the process, click on the icon itself.To assign a new, randomly chosen volume ID to one or all included partitions, activate the respective boxes under
.
Confirm your adjustments with OK . You will be taken back to the app screen.
