System Analysis

Generate an analysis of the system with its integrated and/or connected devices. This analysis can be saved as a file and, if needed, can be forwarded to tech support.

Optional Input

You may add additional information to your system analysis before initiating the process.

• File name: A recognizable file name is automatically generated, but can be changed as needed.
• Comments: Please add any remarks, observations or symptoms here that may assist our tech support in solving the issue.

Start Analysis

Select  Start  to initiate the system analysis.

Choose the drive on which you wish to store the system analysis file. Select a connected media from the dropdown box or check Show newly connected drives only and connect the chosen media.

Once the analysis is completed, you may find the file on the selected drive under Symobi\Analyze.

Note: Depending on the number of devices connected to the system, the analysis may take anywhere from a few minutes to half an hour.
